Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

In our work together, I provide a safe and welcoming space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I focus on a personalized, client-centered approach that blends proven therapeutic techniques with a deep respect for your individuality. For neurodivergent individuals, I offer an approach rooted in understanding and empowerment, celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives that come with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent traits. Our collaboration will focus on identifying challenges, nurturing self-compassion, and creating practical tools that resonate with your personal way of experiencing the world. My goal is to help you gain clarity, ease stress, and achieve lasting positive changes in your life.

Couples Counseling

Maintaining a strong relationship takes effort, and every couple faces obstacles along the way. In couples therapy, I offer a compassionate and judgment-free environment where partners can work through challenges, enhance communication, and deepen their emotional bond. Whether you're facing ongoing conflicts, intimacy concerns, major life changes, differing relationship expectations, or the unique experiences of a neurodivergent partnership, I tailor therapy to fit your needs. My approach focuses on building understanding, easing tension, and supporting couples in creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Together, we’ll identify and shift unhelpful patterns, foster mutual respect, and lay the groundwork for connection and change.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be both a source of deep connection and significant stress. As roles shift and challenges arise, communication breakdowns, unmet needs, and differing perspectives can create tension. In family therapy, I provide a supportive and inclusive space where family members can navigate conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationships. Whether you're adjusting to life transitions, parenting neurodivergent children, managing identity and role shifts, or addressing ongoing patterns of stress and disconnection, my approach is neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Together, we will work to foster understanding, rebuild trust, and create a more supportive and connected family dynamic.
